Reset stale hasAttachments on sync and accumulate correctly

- Reset has_attachments=false at start of bulk sync so stale true values from old false-positive MIME detection are cleared before re-indexing - Accumulate hasAttachments correctly (OR logic) on new and re-sync paths so re-indexing an already-seen message can only set the flag true, never incorrectly leave it false after the reset
