Opened from a name low on a laptop screen (the Interaction Center's "..." on a roster row), the member card was placed below it at full height; once "More" opened, the details and the extra actions sat past the bottom edge with no way to reach them. useHoverCard now hands the card the room on the side it chose (`maxHeight`), measures a card that already scrolls by what it holds (so it still moves to the roomier side and grows back), and watches the card's sections, since a capped card keeps its size while its contents grow. The member card caps itself there and scrolls (overscroll contained, so the roster behind it stays put). The correspondent card, which hangs an arrow off its edge, is placed exactly as before.
