MediaService now sends ATTACHMENT_SCAN {sessionGuid, objImgId, scan} on the conversation topic when a held attachment's check finishes. useChatWebSocket hands it to a small live-scan store (never to the conversation as a message); AttachmentChip reads the store, so the chat window, tickets and system-bug threads all redraw at once: the file opens up with a Protected seal for a moment, or becomes the locked card. Reuses antivirus.seal.* copy (no new keys).
