ConversionService publishes antivirus.content.settled when a held upload is stored or refused. AttachmentScanRelay consumes it in a core queue group (media-antivirus-settled, one pod does the lookup), finds every CHAT_ATTACHMENT img holding that content, computes scan{} with the same AttachmentScans.view every answer uses (the attachment org's policy), and sends {eventType:ATTACHMENT_SCAN, sessionGuid, objImgId, scan} through StompFanout to /topic/chat/session/<guid>, which member chat windows and the public widget both listen on. Harmful after the hold -> outcome BLOCKED ("Antivirus removed this file"). NATS permission: klusterservices 5065314.
