ViewerPlatformFacts (the ENTER AS SYSTEM USER verdict on support tickets) read GD && godModeActive itself. SecurityService masks an elapsed 30-minute break-glass window only for its own gates, so this service, reading *** straight from Redis, kept treating a CLOSED window as open until the next status poll cleared the flag. It now reads **************** (GD, the flag AND godModeExpiresAt ahead; kamo-shared-library 1.6.1). ViewerPlatformFactsTest pins an open window, an elapsed one, one with no stamp, and eligibility alone.
