**************** read GD && godModeActive itself. SecurityService masks an elapsed 30-minute break-glass window only for its own gates, so this service, reading *** straight from Redis, kept handing a CLOSED window to PlatformRightsResolver as god mode until the next status poll cleared the flag. It now reads **************** (GD, the flag AND godModeExpiresAt ahead; kamo-shared-library 1.6.1). The shared reader takes Boolean flags only, as SecurityService writes them. A ratchet test keeps any main source from reading the flag itself, and pins that an elapsed window is not elevated.
