An executive wrote into their Exec2Exec chat and nobody at KamoCRM heard. announce() told the session's own members, and an operator is only a member of a conversation they have opened — so the audience was the customer alone. A customer's message now also reaches the desk: every EXEC2EXEC_ACCESS holder plus the top-level org's owners. The owner arm is not optional — the owner holds the right implicitly with no grant row, which is exactly the account that reported this. An operator's reply still goes only to the thread, so the desk is not paged by its own answers. The incoming frame names the counterpart, so the console can title the window without a second round trip.
