An executive's message reached nobody at KamoCRM: nothing on the console read an Exec2Exec frame. Exec2ExecDeskOpener now raises that customer's window — named, and autoOpened so it does not claim to have been read — when a message arrives, and, capped at four, for whatever was waiting when the desk signs in. One window per conversation (maxInstances Infinity). tool-core finds a window by sessionGuid before it consults the cap, so a customer still gets exactly one while the desk stacks one per executive — what support already does. At a cap of one, a second executive's message would re-point the window an operator was mid-reply in. ChatNotificationListener no longer opens a member-to-member chat window for an Exec2Exec frame, which would have appeared beside the right window on every desk member's screen. It returns only after re-broadcasting, so the arrival still sounds and still reaches the desk opener. A customer's own conversation is raised on a reply too: "I may miss it" holds from their side as much as the desk's.
