- DecisionSpine.uphold: a HUMAN_CONFIRMED decision (WORM, supersedes the routed one), the task closes UPHELD and the stage stays BLOCKED. resolve/uphold refuse a task that is already decided. - A stage stays BLOCKED (re-pointed) while another task still holds it: clearing one of two findings, or an auto-executed decision on the same stage, never lifts a hold a person owes or confirmed. - StewardHolds + LoanPipelineService: an open or confirmed compliance/fraud review stops every forward move, with no override (withdraw/deny and moves synced from the external system of record stay open). - MortgageDocType SANCTIONS / FRAUDRPT / SCRA_CERT for the vendor rail's screening reports (STRING-stored codes; no CHECK lists them, so nothing is relabelled). GateResult.HUMAN_CONFIRMED, StewardTaskStatus.UPHELD and MlosEventTypes.TASK_UPHELD are additive STRING values.
