A chat opened by member id and one opened by session id (the Interaction Center bubble) share no key the store can dedupe on until the first resolves its session, so the second survived as a twin and minimizing both left two identical hexheads. When a chat window writes back a sessionGuid another window already holds, the newer one closes (taking its hexhead) and the older is raised through the normal chat open.
