**************** keeps a second secret (e.g. a webhook signing key beside the API secret) ENCRYPTED in configJson. Adapters read it with **************** key, cipher); redactConfigJson strips it from anything leaving the server. DocuSign's Connect HMAC key (webhookSecret) now uses it.
