Connection.VENDOR is NOT NULL; a reseller key (Xactus, Credit Plus, MeridianLink, CBC Innovis, Factual Data) mapped to no ConnectionVendor, so the pull ran and then the audit row failed to persist. Uses **************** (shared-lib 1a131c55): resellers record TRI_MERGE_CREDIT, direct bureau keys and STUB keep their own.
