Accepts a PDF file, renders each page at 150 DPI via PDFBox, packs per-page PNGs into a ZIP (thumb_p0.png, thumb_p1.png, …) and returns it. Centralises all thumbnail generation logic in ConversionService; callers store the ZIPed results themselves.
