POST /sessions/{guid}/members always grew the room in place, so a third person added to a two-person chat could read everything the first two had said. It now routes the add: - a chat that already holds exactly the new set of people is reopened (relocatedTo), so one set of people never has two conversations; - otherwise, if anything has been said since the newest member joined, a new chat is made for everyone and returned as relocatedTo — gated like find-or-create, with its supervision recorded on the new room; - only a room nobody has spoken in since its last join grows in place. 'Spoken' = any object after the latest membership row other than the join/leave transits (ChatRoomGrowthRepository, MediaService-local). Members already present are no longer counted or announced as added.
