An add the server moved to another chat opens in its own window

Adding somebody to a conversation that already has messages no longer grows that room (MediaService now moves the add to the chat for the new set of people). Open that chat as its own window instead of re-pointing this one, so the original conversation stays on screen as it was. A room that does grow in place drops its 1:1 userId, so a later 'chat with X' does not focus the group.
