An AI extension's AOR block adds to the AOR, not to the endpoint of the same name

FreePBX names an extension's endpoint and its AOR alike, and pjsip.conf includes pjsip.endpoint.conf before pjsip.aor.conf. A bare [7900](+) in pjsip.aor_custom_post.conf therefore added contact= to the endpoint: Asterisk refused it ("Could not find option suitable for category '7900' named 'contact'"), kept the old endpoint, and the AOR had no contact, so the AI extension could not reach LiveKit. Both managed AI headers now carry a type filter: [ext](+type=endpoint) and [ext](+type=aor). Verified by hand on the k1m1 PBX (contact sip:7900@192.168.4.36:5070, max_contacts 0). A test merges the files in pjsip.conf's include order with Asterisk's (+) rule and pins where each block lands.
