Rebuild so a lead that was ever assigned or opened can be deleted

SecurityService's DELETE /api/security/leads/{id} runs the shared library's LeadService.deleteLead. The fix that releases the lead's assignment history, comment stream, credits, LOS and webinar links and custom-form answers before the delete landed in kamo-shared-library 6f9bf997. The service's source does not change; this commit makes CI build an image with that library.
