GET /{uid}/my-conditions (party- or operator-gated) returns a narrow BorrowerConditionView **************** — never the internal actor/notes fields the steward LoanConditionDTO exposes. The portal joins these with the document requirements it already fetches (by loanConditionId) to group the checklist by underwriting condition.
