Bypass start_asterisk, wait for control socket instead

start_asterisk uses `pidof asterisk` which returns a false positive on pod restarts, causing the wait-for-Asterisk loop to hang. Now startup.sh starts Asterisk directly via safe_asterisk (after clearing stale socket/pid files) and waits for the control socket file to appear rather than relying on pidof.
