Calendars are listed as calendar collections of events, resources are named by the UID their calendar-data states (encoded in hrefs), writes pass the read gate, conditional headers follow RFC 9110, and the read gates run outside a transaction so an unknown calendar is a 403, not a rolled-back 500.
