Chess and Hold'em background music loops while their window is in use

Three new Games sound events — Chess Background, Holdem Background and Holdem Lobby — played on repeat with startLoopingEventSound. Chess loops whenever a chess window is open; Hold'em plays the background at a table and the lobby music in the lobby. Each is heard only while its window is the window in use and the browser tab has focus, and muted (not restarted) otherwise. The loop follows the member's sound settings live.
