Mark not-yet-created folders when switching mailboxes

Secondary mailboxes often hold only INBOX while the sidebar still offered Drafts, Sent and the rest as if they were real — opening them looked like a failed switch. Placeholders are greyed with a hint, and the empty list explains the folder is created on first use.
