Fix 400 feed error and add communications sub-tabs with URL params

Fix double-? bug in MediaStream where feedEndpoint already contained query params but the fetch appended ?page=... instead of &page=..., causing a malformed URL that the backend rejected with 400. Add URL query params for all primary tabs (?tab=) and communications sub-tabs **************** so pages are directly linkable. Wrap lead view in Suspense for useSearchParams compatibility.
