- Update workflow to use k8s directory files instead of inline YAML - Restructure ConfigMap to use individual env var keys for proper envFrom support - Remove unnecessary .env volume mounts from deployment - Fix Redis connection to use **************** - Fix ConfigMap name consistency (kamowebinternal-config)
