Binders had no assoc scoping, so every DocManager rendered the same global per-member pool and a binder built under Marketing could be filled with HR documents. Stores the ImageAssocType ordinal to match Img.assocId. Also adds an app-managed last_modified: BaseEntity.dateUpdated is **************** so the list's sort-by-modified has always been sorting by creation time.
