The launchpad's sectionsForTool had no case for hostedComputers and fell through a default to an empty list. A parent tool with no sections is dropped from the App Shelf, so a member with a Hosted Computer never saw it there, and pinnedAppLaunchers.test.ts failed on the Hosted Computers settings topic having no launcher. The launchpad now reads useHostedComputerSections, as its doc comment already claimed, the topic gets its launcher, and the switch is exhaustive over NavToolKey, so the next tool key without a case is a tsc error rather than a missing app.
