ConfirmationDialog was drawn in fixed Tailwind greys: a #1f2937 title, #6b7280 small print, a #f9fafb well and a #f3f4f6 disabled button, so on a dark paper the title was unreadable under the brightest button on screen. The landings' EmptyState was white frost with rgba(0,0,0,0.6) text, the org's colour as its title, and the kglass marker whose reduced-transparency fallback is a solid white card. Light mode keeps every value it had (harness screenshots before and after are pixel-identical). Under a dark MUI theme each neutral becomes the palette's own (text.primary/secondary, action.hover, divider, action.disabled*), the frost is the theme's paper, the org's colour is lifted toward white for the icon and the button, and kglass is dropped. The shared common/EmptyState already used palette tokens and is unchanged.
