KamoCameras (ServiceType 39, shipped 2026-10-13, TESTING) shipped without an AppEntitlementCatalogMigration entry, so **************** two totality checks have been red since. No spec, plan or tracker (kamo-internal docs/superpowers, kamocameraservice docs/PROJECT_TRACKER.md) decides which plans include cameras. Production on 2026-10-18 (read-only): no root has a commerce_subscription_features row for service_type 39, so no plan row mentions it, and with **************** only the platform org, COMP subscriptions and active trials hold it. So it takes the rung every app shipped without a pricing decision takes (REPORTS, GAMIFICATION, KAMO_UNIVERSE, CHESS, HOLDEM): OWNER_UNLIMITED only. **************** does not bundle it, so every public tier and universe rung stays excluded: bundling it is a pricing decision for that map, recorded as an owner question.
