Moving en->es to LibreTranslate (27888ca) exposed a fault in its model: a spaced ampersand comes back as a double quote ("Billing & Payments" -> 'Billing " Payments', 19 of 60 dictionary strings) and the text stops at a joined one ("B&W" -> "B", "AT&T" -> "AT"). For es the provider now sends "and" for a spaced ampersand and "+" for a joined one, and puts the "&" back when the reply carries every "+" it was sent (0 of 60 damaged). fr, it and pt carry the ampersand (0 of 60) and are sent it unchanged.
