The /ws/ai-chat turn was text only: no Tool Plane tools, no tool loop, no knowledge-base citations, and its handshake took only the raw session id, which kamo-internal's page script never holds. It is now the REST turn with its text streamed as it is written: - the member's tools, listed and run with the socket's own session, and the tool loop with the REST turn's saved rows (tool_use turn, TOOL rows) and one usage row summing every round; - the saved answer carries the citations, and MESSAGE_COMPLETE carries it (id, content, isError); each tool that ran is a TOOL_RESULT frame with its saved row; - the handshake also takes a one-time key (?otk=, minted by kamo-internal for 30 s), spent on use; - Hugging Face streams a member turn's tool calls from the chunks instead of replaying one completion (streamToolCalls, member chat only), so its answer streams with tools offered.
