Front-end half of the M3a connect-first foundation that the shared-lib Connection + VerifiedFact backend just landed. - lib/los/connections-client.ts — typed client for /connections + /verified-facts - lib/los/app-context.ts — useAppUid hook (URL ?app=<uid> with store fallback) - 4 React Query hooks: useStartConnection, useGetConnections, useVerifiedFacts, useReconcileFacts - /waypoints/front-door — ID-verify hero sheet using the id-verify stub adapter - /waypoints/paystub-clipboard — income connect hero sheet using the income stub adapter - /waypoints/layout.tsx now frames waypoints inside JourneyShell - /persona now calls useSetPersona via the real API when ?app= is present - SceneRoot reads a persona prop (flag / garden / build-crew accents) instead of cycling demos; usePersona reads ?persona= from URL and is threaded through WorldShell, MobileCrest, JourneyShell - JourneyShell wraps its world panels in Suspense so useSearchParams reads no longer bail static pages (/apply/done) out of prerendering Stub adapters are the default everywhere — real Plaid Income, Persona ID, ATTOM, and CRA wiring land per-vendor in M3b+.
