Exposes the connect-first capture surface at **************** - GET/POST /connections + POST /connections/{id}/complete - GET/POST /verified-facts + POST /verified-facts/reconcile Borrower-facing — no rights gate per the internal-features rule. Authorization mirrors MortgageAppController via orgId() from BaseLosController.
