The IMAP envelope fetch now names X-Kamo-Antivirus beside Message-ID (same HEADER.FIELDS fetch, no body read), and toEnvelope sets the removed count from removed=<n>. Listings served from the metadata index count the placeholder parts the full indexer recorded, which now go in attachment_types under the marker **************** (no DDL). Zero leaves both fields absent. Send/draft/forward 422 ANTIVIRUS_BLOCKED bodies already carry top-level fileName.
