- Live rate quote: a Priced by chip (the third-party engine, or Kamo's rate sheets), the engine's own plain reason when there is no rate (or the status's plain copy), never a raw status code. - A vendor quote has no Kamo result to commit against, so its rows say Lock in <vendor> with the reason. - Agency AUS: run toasts, the run notice, the history table and the finding drawer mark a simulated finding Simulated - Not an Agency Decision, and name the vendor on a live one.
