DunningSweep took seats away after the grace period and cancelled the subscription at thirty days. Both are gone: a past-due bill is chased, and only a manual pause stops service. The payment-failed letter no longer names a date service stops, and an UNPAID subscription counts as live everywhere PAST_DUE does.
