A past-due subscription stayed live for seven days and then lost everything on the clock. It now stays live for as long as it is past due. A manual pause was the opposite: it changed the billing record and nothing else, and a past-due subscription could not be paused at all. It now reaches the customer's access, from any live state. Also answers how an organization could get an app it does not have, so a screen never offers an upgrade to a plan that does not exist.
