?openSms= and ?openVoicemail= now go into the pre-sign-in stash (@kamo/tool-core 0.1.7 carries them), and the bootstrap opens them from it after the bounce, as it does chat and ticket links. A live link consumes the stash its own capture wrote, so a reload does not open the window a second time. Needs @kamo/tool-core 0.1.7: the package.json and lockfile bump follows once it is published.
