Nothing in the browser subscribed to /topic/voip/voicemail/<member>, where MediaService relays VOIPService's new-voicemail frame, so the card arrived and the list did not change. Every tab now listens there on the chat socket it already holds (the call socket is only open in the tab that owns the line, and only for an org that can take calls), and folds the mailbox's first page into the list, keeping the pages already scrolled into. A reconnect catches up the same way. The dead VOICEMAIL_DEPOSITED branch on the SMS topic is gone.
