Closes out Sub-project 3: the originator route gets a two-block editor (individual NMLS + organization NMLS + org address) wired to patchOriginator with the standard 800ms autosave, and the submissions route renders a reverse-chronological read-only timeline of the AppMortgage.submissions array (the latest entry pulses green; notes and snapshot hashes display when present). The Coming-Soon fallback is no longer reachable so the catch-all branch is removed.
