The discount is a flat $10 a year and $20 on three years, which is how the catalog sets it and how it is advertised everywhere else. Rendered as a percentage it stopped being one number — the same $10 is 17% off Starter and 8% off Business — so each card told a different story for an identical saving and none of them matched the price sheet. The AUTUMN line beneath it is untouched: that one really is a percentage off the committed rate, and reads as one. A test pins the rule to the rates themselves rather than to a rendered string, so a future reprice that breaks the $10/$20 ladder fails here rather than on a card somebody has to notice.
