- Requirement tallies come as counts {onFile, inProgress, missing}; a Platform Library requirement is fromLibrary + key. Matrix cells that do not apply to a member are "Not needed", and a review opens the member's upload assignment. - The member card reads GET /records/{memberId}; Send to Everyone Missing posts /assign and reports `queued`; the matrix asks filter=blocking and narrows search on the page. - The audience is sent with `all`, and switching back to Everyone sends no lists. - Use New Edition tries the requirement's own route, then the library adopt route.
