Retitle member page to Profile, shorten tab labels, add tab icons

The member settings page header becomes "My {memberLabel} Profile" (or "{memberLabel} Profile" for another member) and the nav-top link becomes My Profile. Tab labels shorten — Mailbox(s), Phone, Audio & Video, Permissions, Activity — while the phone and roles helpTips keep their descriptive headings via new **************** keys. Every tab now carries an icon in the tab bar; tab query-param ids are unchanged so deep links keep working.
