Turning PAID seated only the buyer; everyone else hit "This needs a licensed seat" on the product just bought until the owner assigned seats by hand. On the transition into PAID (never on a later seat change, where an empty seat may be deliberate), **************** hands the open seats to the organization's employed staff via the shared OpenSeatFiller and invalidates each person seated.
