The loader passed null for setupFee on all four plans, so a freshly seeded environment priced onboarding at nothing while production charges $99 a seat — the kind of gap that is only found by someone testing a quote and believing it. The model is passed at every call site alongside the amount, because the amount alone does not say what it means, and the rate is named once so the three paid tiers cannot drift apart. Free keeps no fee at all.
