calculate-price has always returned a setupFee and the order wizard printed it nowhere, so a charge that runs to four figures on a large order reached the customer's first invoice without ever appearing on the quote they agreed to. It sits beside the subtotal now, on the step where the seat count is chosen. The payment chip read "AUTO_BILL ? Auto-Bill : Invoice", which labelled a comped account and a cleared wire as an outstanding bill — the two states that most need telling apart from one. It is a table now, and both WIRE and COMP are selectable where the method is changed, which they were not. The plan editors gain the model beside the amount, because $99 in setupFee is either $99 or $2,475 on a 25-seat order and the number alone cannot say which. Negotiated terms get a panel in the platform console's org drawer, beside the commercial figures rather than buried, since they are the reason those figures disagree with the price list. A lapsed agreement stays listed but dimmed: it must not read as the one in force, and it must not vanish either, because it is what explains an invoice already raised.
