- Extract a reusable TranscriptionService (ffmpeg normalize -> whisper-asr) and a generic POST /api/conversion/transcribe endpoint, replacing the meet-specific controller. Meet + VOIP now share one transcription path. - RecordingProcessController: transcribe each finalized VOIP recording/voicemail in-process (non-fatal on failure) and store the transcript on the Recording.
