**************** hand-duplicated MemberDisplayNames' pre-fix precedence (usernameAlias wins unconditionally over the real name), with its own comment warning the two must never drift. Once mediaservice's chat started showing "Luna Blackwell" for the AI member Luna, this copy still showed "luna" in the System Bugs dispatch history/audit trail for the exact same member — the drift the comment exists to prevent. Ports the same guard MediaService's MemberDisplayNames now carries: an alias only counts as a chosen nickname when it differs from the account's own username (case-insensitively, trimmed), never unconditionally. Made package-private and static, the same way this class already exposes isDispatchable, so SystemBugAiDispatchServiceTest can pin it directly against the identical cases MemberDisplayNamesTest pins in mediaservice — the two copies can still drift in the future, but not silently, since both now assert the same inputs produce the same outputs. Long-term home: this precedence belongs in kamo-shared-library rather than as two hand-synced copies, but shared-lib changes go through a slower, versioned deploy path (recorded as a ruling, not done here).
