Pure types in **************** The Docstion's mode ceiling caps the initiative band (REACTIVE caps at REACTIVE, INDEPENDENT at BALANCED) and its bounds only tighten: E = **************** BLOCKED), T = max(CONFIDENCE_THRESHOLD_PCT, LOW_CONFIDENCE). An SI without a PERSONALITY section gets BehaviorProfile.inactive(): nothing acts. BehaviorProfile.of never throws.
