EmailService now sends the member ids on aliases and shared-mailbox access as text. As JSON numbers they were rounded past 2^53, so these tabs matched nobody on the roster and printed the number, and revoking someone's access sent the rounded id, which removed nothing. Aliases' "Assigned to" is now the member's name with their card. A shared mailbox's access chips carry it on hover only, since each chip is a button (its delete). The Mailboxes tab's member chips and a personal mailbox's assignee already read ids EmailService sends as text (memberId, assignedMemberId), so their cards were exact already.
