The context column scrolls its cards instead of squeezing them

On a desktop the context column of MasterDetail has a fixed height and scrolls, but its grid rows were plain auto, which a fixed-height grid shrinks to the free space. A card that clips its own overflow (the Your Email Triage card) was squeezed under the fold with nothing to scroll. Rows are now max-content, so the column overflows and scrolls. Fixes Email Triage, Capture inbox, send queue and review.
